☆ new clinic location info: 274 Main Street. Please utilize the parking lot on Hawthorn Street with direct access to the clinic thats located on the rear of the building. Please wait in your vehicle until the door sign is switched to welcome.

☆ Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. This is a time reserved exclusively for you and your therapist requires adequate time to fill the open appointment time. No shows will be marked after 15 minutes.

☆ All services offered are eligible for direct billing with many major insurance providers.
