☆ Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. This is a time reserved exclusively for you and your therapist requires adequate time to fill the open appointment time.

☆ All services offered are eligible for direct billing with many major insurance providers.

Hey all! I am a 2018 graduate from Eastern college in Saint John NB. I’ve been working in the Yarmouth area for about 3 years now and look forward to carrying on the wellness journey with existing and new clientele. I prefer to give a more firm/deep tissue massage using forearms, knuckles and elbow stripping techniques to go deep into the muscles and release stubborn tension and stiffness.
